Sayumi Michishige (道重さゆみ, Michishige Sayumi), née le à Ube (Yamaguchi, Japon) est une idole japonaise, chanteuse, actrice, modèle, au sein du Hello! Project. Elle rejoint le célèbre groupe de Jpop Morning Musume en 2003 avec la "sixième génération": Miki Fujimoto, Eri Kamei et Reina Tanaka. Elle participe en 2004 au "shuffle unit" H.P. All Stars, au « sous-groupe » Morning Musume Otome Gumi, et au duo EcoMoni.
