Le Parti démocrate (พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ (Pak Prachatipat)), fondé en , est le plus vieux parti politique thaïlandais.

D'abord fondé en tant que parti royaliste, c'est aujourd'hui un parti conservateur défendant l'économie de marché.

Bien que plusieurs Premiers ministres sont issus du Parti démocrate, le Parti démocrate n'est jamais parvenu à obtenir une majorité parlementaire. Leurs meilleurs résultats électorales obtenus furent aux élections de 1976 et 1996.
